Intermediate Web Developer

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and motivated team player with a solid programming foundation to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Candidates will primarily develop front-end web experiences including websites, landing pages, and other interactive experiences. Clean, well-documented, and efficient code is critical. Prior experience with email coding is a plus. As a member of a small development team, candidates will be provided with the opportunity to be involved in different aspects of projects and have direct input in the creative and development processes. You will work closely with the creative, project management and account teams to see a project through from concept to completion.

At Stephens, you will find a creative and collaborative environment where the pace is fast, but the results are amazing! As a full-service engagement agency, we are trusted to create digital assets for a wide variety of national retail brands. You will be an integral part of a team that is growing rapidly. When you’re here, you are part of the family – some days we’ll buy you cake, other days we’ll keep quiet so you can finish that project, and occasionally we’ll tell a bad joke, but we’ve always got your back.
